Quality Assurance Process

Our Quality Assurance activities also includes quality management for Raw materials, Fabric & Color composition, Products & components, and the services related with Production management through Inspection processes. Team are not only responsible to conduct Final inspections but also to follow three-tier inspection system started from the time of order placement upto Ex-Factory. This three-tier system includes Initial, Mid-line and Final Inspections; as per standard AQL level. All these thorough setting of standards, Risk analysis and strong Quality rigor ensures that Buyer expectations are always met and often surpassed. For testing- we work with BVCPS, SGS .We also undertake third party quality inspections if required by the client followed with agreed or required AQL levels.
